  • Other MWC Group entities, where they support services or provide services directly to you;

  • Product and service providers, including banks, custodians, insurers, pension and investment platforms and other providers involved in implementing or managing your arrangements;

  • Professional advisers and service providers, such as auditors, lawyers, compliance advisers, IT and cloud service providers, communication providers and other suppliers that process information on our behalf under contracts requiring confidentiality and security;

  • Regulators, authorities and courts, where required or permitted by law; and

  • Other parties, where you ask us to share information or where we are otherwise permitted or required to do so by law.

We do not sell personal information. If we use or share personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising (for example, via certain cookies or marketing pixels), this will be explained in our Cookie Policy and you will be able to opt out as required by law.


International transfers, including the Philippines

As a global group headquartered in Switzerland, we may transfer personal information to other countries, including to:

  • Other MWC entities;

  • Our support office in the Philippines, which provides back-office, administrative and IT support; and

  • Third-party service providers (such as hosting, cloud and communication providers).

Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including contractual protections and technical measures designed to protect personal information.


Security

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure configuration and patching of systems, network and endpoint security, backups and business continuity plans, and incident detection and response.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
